1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by 500 LEVEL and KEITH HERNANDEZ
(“Sponsors”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or
associated with Major League Baseball, any MLB team, stadium, or any social media
platform used to promote the giveaway.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of
entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of
Sponsor, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins March 25, 2026, and ends on April 30, 2026 (the “Promotion
Period”). Winners will be chosen on May 1, 2026. Entries received outside of this
period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must follow @500LEVEL and @Kher1737, like the post, and tag a
friend. If you do not have social media, you may submit a letter to 500 LEVEL, 2101 E.
St Elmo Rd, Suite 350, Austin, TX 78744, for your chance to win as well. Limit one (1)
entry per person unless otherwise specified. Duplicate or automated entries may be
disqualified.
5. Prize
Four (4) winners will each receive:
One (1) autographed baseball
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $200.00 each. Prize is non-transferable, non-
refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted except at the Sponsor’s
discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the
Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) and/or Email within 7 days after May 1, 2026. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate
winner may be selected.
7. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry
for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud,
technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor
reserves the right to disqualify any individual who violates these rules or engages in
fraudulent or disruptive conduct.
9. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates,
partners, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of
participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.
10. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes
associated with the prize.
11. Sweepstakes Registration & Bonding (Where Applicable)
If the total value of all prizes offered in this Promotion meets or exceeds applicable
statutory thresholds, this Promotion will be registered and bonded as required by the
laws of certain states, including but not limited to New York and Florida.
For residents of Rhode Island, this Promotion will be registered as required if conducted
through a retail establishment, and if the total prize value meets or exceeds applicable
thresholds.
Sponsor will comply with all applicable filing, bonding, and disclosure requirements in
such jurisdictions prior to the commencement of the Promotion, where required by law.
12. Winner List
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the end of the Promotion
Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws
